In our study of Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount, Jesus pivots now. Chapter 5 addressed vices; all the sin talk and sins behind sins. Chapter 6 takes us to virtues, but more specifically how sin attaches itself to virtue and turns virtue into hypocrisy.
